YOUR DISNEY GUIDE

Disney Accessibility for Australians

Ticket discounts, required documents, companion rules and support inside the parks, in one clear place.

Travelling from Australia?

Accepted Australian documents can differ between resorts. We explain published rules, but Disney makes the final eligibility decision. Never travel relying on a screenshot alone.

Tickets, discounts and companion rules

Official policies change. Each card links directly to the current resort information.

Tokyo Disney Resort

Eligible disabled guests and one companion can purchase a specific ticket. Visitors from overseas need qualifying equivalent original documentation.

Disneyland Paris

A 25% discount may apply to certain tickets for eligible visitors and one accompanying guest. Accepted original documentation is required.

Hong Kong Disneyland

Eligible guests can receive a 30% one day ticket discount. Non residents buy at Guest Relations and present valid supporting documentation.

Walt Disney World

DAS and other disability services are separate from ticket price concessions. Eligibility and arrangements must be checked directly.
